Anyone Tried A Fuzz God II?

Sign in to disble this ad
Sorry if this has been discussed before. I did a search and found next to nothing. Just some info about the Fuzz God, not the Fuzz God II. The verdict on the original seems to be it doesn't play well with bass. Is this the same for the sequel? It is such a great sounding pedal on guitar, and the ability to turn off the oscillations/glitchyness is awesome. Just curious.

its a wild fuzz on guitar, for sure. it wont hold your low end.

if you have a blender and dont mind using it, this fuzz would probably be the bomb.

Proton, there's a lot of fuzzes with oscillations on and offs. Like the 3XFX fatman/V2. I'm personally getting a Supercollider BEAST version but I might buy the fatman down the road. Sadly for you, the BEAST's waitlist is full

Yeah, I have heard of those, and listened to some clips. I really like the character of the Fuzz God II. Plus the "wrath" knob can give you some crazy crazy sounds. Not just oscillations, but weird octave dividing stuff, random arpeggiation, etc... I need to look at those pedals you mentioned again though. I'm basically trying to find a pedal that can have a really sputtery, squishy, synthy fuzz, and something crazy in the same box. Not really sure what that "crazy" part is. I guess I should just buy a Noisebox to accompany my Mastotron. If only I had room on my board. I guess the wacked out stuff will have to wait until board numbre deux.
