Anyone Tried The MXR FULLBORE METAL On Bass ???

It seems like it might be able to retain some bottom with the amount of tweaking it looks like you can do on it.

Thoughts ???

I havent used one of these but i do use a BOSS MEGA DISTORTION in my bass rig, and it manages to cope with a low B. so with any luck the MXR FULLBORE METAL might just as well, looks pretty tweekable.

I use it all the time. Truly sick metal distortion. Scoop function sucks IMO. Noise gate is a touch finicky...but is better than most comparable built-in gates. Hard to tame on a low B or E. Great for playing double stops, octaves, or playing high on the neck. Devastating. Not for the weak of heart.
