Aphex aural exciter rack mount - which version??

I have read a lot of good reviews of this item but I am unsure as to which one I should try. I have seen 103, 104, c type, b type, 204 etc. The 1xx versions are the most economical are they any good, if so which one have you had luck with?

I've got a Aphex 204 on sale for 100$ right now. I've got the payment pending but i'll let you know if the deal falls though. The 204 is awesome
