Apocalyptic Synth Noises of Bond?

Hey all, I recently discovered this video and am blown away to say the least by this guys sound. After checking out a lot of his other stuff, he is a monster player with a lot of versatility.

In this video, he obviously uses quite a few effects. Can anyone tell me what he is using?

In particular, the noise at 3:00-3:05 that sounds like a mutant jet monster waking from the depths of the sea, how??
