Armstrong Twin on bass?

Sign in to disble this ad
What do you guys think of the BYOC Armstrongtwin on bass? I'm wanting a compressor and with the addition of the green ringer, I'm thinking I can't loose. My only question is how is it on bass?

I remembered seeing this post: Green Ringer and EBS Octabass question

Put it after a fuzz and you've got an octavia. Put it after an octaver and you've got something for bump 'n' grind. Definitely worth a shot.
I haven't used the A-Twin specifically, but I've used two Ringer clones and several Squeezer clones, and they all need modification to get very good results with bass.
