anybody play through one of their pedal yet? A buddy (Guitard) said they were new at the NAMM show this year but he hasn't played one either
also found this, after a search http://www.artecsound.com/effect/index.html

I don't think many have been sold in the US, although they've been on US Ebay for over a year. |

| | | | i had one for their distortion/fuzz pedals
it sounded very good except for the rediculous loss of low end, like as in there was none.
i dont know if this happens in their other pedals, but i would be wary. this seems like a guitar only type of brand. |

Great prices and solidly built... |

The output is squeaky clean, the adjustable settings are wide and flexible, it is straightforward and easy to use (though the awful translation was no help at all). It is compact, daisy chainable, and true bypass.
I've thought of getting one of their analog delays, too bad I already have 3 delay pedals I don't use that often. |

It's limited to a broken english promotional description and two "settings" (I think they are Reso Enhance and Wood Tone... uh, what?) They run from "low" to "high"...
Honestly, it makes a great adjustable boost, but from what little I know about you, bm, I suspect it would be less than satisfactory for at least some of your purposes.
Still, 50 bucks! You might actually get MORE in resale, whaddaya got to lose? |

Some people reported reliability issues although the ones I tried felt solid.
The Big Dot tuner looks great but it has a hard time picking the B string. |

It sounded decent for the money, I never looked at the guts, but the sliders were a little on the flimsy side. It also had those little imperfections you would expect from a lower price unit (such as battery led was a little crooked and protruded more than usual). I ended up replacing it with a Fishman. |

Boss: 6.4 cm wide x 11.8 cm deep x 5.4 cm high (5.6 up to the top of the knob)
Artec: 6.8 cm wide x 11.4 cm deep x 3.2 cm high (4.6 if you count the knob) |
