| | | | ahh cheers. i have an ME 5Ob multi effects pedal so i have like fuzz, OD, distortion, the lot! also have a wah so need to just work out the timings as to when to use the pedal. do u reckon u depress the pedal on each beat? |

Doesn't clear it up for the distortion part of it, but at least outlines the rest.

IME the closest you'll get is with a fuzz and a wah pedal; I used a Frantone Lo-Tone classic fuzz and Dunlop 105-Q to get that sound back in high school. |

There have been so many articles and threads on the subject that it should be common knowledge. I remember I read a Bass Player article where he said he had cables on his board that would go into dummy pedals just to throw people off. A little excessive, IMO, but whatever.
