After reading the thread the other day about the effect on Lenny Kravitz's Fly Away, it got me thinking... We've got a couple songs we do that get a bit funkier than the rest. I wouldn't find having some sort of effect for those songs. What do you guys prefer? Wah? Autowah? Something else? What pedals do you like? I know of several wahs, but the MXR is the only autowah I know of.

However the BR-2 is now out of production, so you may have a hard time finding one and expect to pay more than it's worth. Also they also have the Wr-3!

Anyway, Boss AW-2. |

With a little added delay, it's a very cool effect...but it's not a really drippy, wet sounding effect...so I'm still shopping around for a nice wet filter to add to my board...

Anyway, those things go for $25 all the time and they sound amazing.
I absolutely the the MXR though. Try pairing it with an octave divider sometime. Also, the settings on that are pretty sensitive, so play with it and see if you can't find some "wetter" settings.
