B:assmaster, Malekko not responding?

Has anyone been in touch with Malekko Heavy Industries lately?

I ordered an assmaster about two and a half weeks ago and I never got an order confirmation, though according to paypal the payment has gone through. Before placing my order I e-mailed them a couple of questions and they replied quickly, so I guess I have the correct address (malekkoheavyindustry@gmail.com). I've e-mailed them three times after making my order asking for an order confirmation without any response.

Living in Sweden, I know that the pedal wouldn't necessarily arrive in the time passed, but with the situation as it is I'm not even sure if they've sent it at all. In our mail conversation before ordering they said that all pedals were ready to ship the next day. So, I guess I'll be reporting this to paypal soon, has anyone else had any problems?

Actually, I had the same problem. When I was about to order, communication was quick and easy. Then I ordered, and no pedal showed up. I sent a couple of emails with no response, and when I finally got a response, Mr. Malekko claimed he had forgotten to ship the pedal. He promised to send it the same day, which is a little more than a week ago now. I live in Norway, so hopefully it is still on its way, and I'll give him the benefit of doubt (for now). I sincerely hope that the pedal will be here soon. Let us know how things go with you.

Yup, i shipped it that day i emailed you, you should see it this week, although stupid USPS has been taking their time with packages lately

Keep in mind i work 7 days a week, often over 10hr days...and i've only taken maybe 3 days off since the first of the year...all to make or design pedals, the delay we just came out with almost killed me!
and we have another pedal out next month. Some days i'm just too darn tired to dig through emails and respond to them all...i try though.

Rock that B:ASSMASTER HARD!!! (when you get it)

I got my B:ASSMASTER today, and it is every bit as sweet as I'd hoped it would be, and well worth the wait!

That being said, I would encourage you Malekko to answer more promptly in the future, so as to not scare away potential customers from such a great deal.
