Who makes a good A/B/Y box? I'd even try a DIY kit if somebody sells them. I dot trust myself to go out and buy part, but if somebody gave me parts and instructions I'd go to town. I havent worked with electronics before and I figured this would be a good way to start.
I'd like one 1/4 inch input and two 1/4 inch outputs, with LED's by each out to tell me which one is selected.
I'd like to have the footswitches be like this...maybe its overcomplicated or unfeasible...
One footswitch to swap between the outputs. Another footswitch to add whichever channel isnt currently in use and then take it back out again. Follow me?
Thanks |

Haven't changed mine in over a year, and that's over 200 gigs. I like the Boss because they are designed to be linked together.
I think it cost me $30.

Yes, we do AB/Y boxes, loops and passive blenders.

I think it cost me $30. | Except the AB-2 doesn't do Y mode, right? |

It functions exactly as you specified in the original post, by the way. |

| | | Thanks a bunch sqaurewave! I really appreciate it. I think I can live without the LED's... Just need to keep track of what's what and I should be okay.
I know what I'm doin' tonight...
