i returned home over the weekend from a short string of dates in switzerland with nerve. i used my new pedal board, and it kicked bunz. it is pretty simple, and aside from the tap tempo switch on my line6 delay dying, everything was perfect!
my new pedal board is:
bass > boss oc2 > woolly mammoth > moog lpf > subdecay noisebox (awesome!!!) > eh nano bass balls > vintage dod 'phasor' > line6 dl4
it is a bit smaller (for now) than my old board, in terms of number of pedals, but i was able to nail pretty much every sound i needed to. i am thinking of replacing the dl4 with a few smaller, dedicated boxes... maybe a vibrato pedal (for reese bass sounds) and a bugcrusher, and some other small delay with tap tempo... maybe even the mini line6 delay.
anyway, there are a few cellphone videos from our show in zürich on friday... the sound is not so great on the videos (duh) but it was a ton of fun! here is one: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D5P0t9-mbCc
that same guy posted a few other songs, too.

But can't wait to see the vid when I get in.

You'll hear when the feedback loop comes on and then you'll hear where I flicked a switch on my bass and it really didn't like it

Hope this helps

I'd have never guessed the coil switch was involved.

Only thing is it can be quieter
Would save you some money over the bug crusher and give you something a bit more unique

Can you post the signal chain from your old pedalboard so we can see the difference? |

Edit: ....and be careful with Taste....he'll have you with two full pedal boards if you're not careful.
