Barber LTD - V2 or SR?

I've found good priced used Barber LTD V2.

I know that V2 has some mid hump when compared to SR, but will there be noticeable difference when using it with bass?

i have the SR and I really like it.

Its very true to your clean tone. Just a little bit of mids added.
