Pretty good sounding.
Basically a modded Big Muff.....from what I can tell.

The level, tone, and fuzz work a lot like yer normal Big Muff controls. The tone goes from muted w/boosted lows to fizzy and thin.
At the lowest fuzz settings it's more like a light overdrive....which sounded really good. All the way up....out of control muff fuzz.
The sludge control does just that......how mushy or loose the low end is. Very wide range of tones in the sweep of the knobs.....actually, all of the knobs.
Apparently, it controls "how much low end gets pushed through the fuzz circuit".
It also has a 3 way switch.....Left is Triangle Pi muff, Center is Jumbo Bender, and Right is Suppa Bender.
I have no ideal what any of that means.
I liked the center mode the most. It had the most low end and was the clearest. More like a clean boost or something?
Actually, I liked the sludge and fuzzed cranked full blast. Probably unusable in a band setting, but nasty good sounding through my practice stack.
One thing I didn't like.....noise. HOLY ****! crazy noise out of this pedal.
Even dialing back the fuzz and sludge controls really didn't make it any quieter.
I have yet to try it through my gig rig. We have one tomorrow, but it's not going on my board until I can make sure it's not that much of a noisy beast.
I was not expecting noise....even though all muffs are noisy.
Compared it to my russian muff RI and metal muff.
I thought the Trifecta sounded close to the metal muff, but a lot more refined and a lot less harsh.
The Russian Muff is just really sloppy in the low end and fat. Better for guitar, IMO.
Overall, I like the pedal, but if it's noisy......I will be contacting Barber directly to see if there's a solution.
Can't wait to try it with guitar too.
