Angry Bare feet on pedals

Seriously, what's up with that?
Every time I see a pedal test with sweaty, hairy feet trying to stomp on hard switches, it makes me cringe.
Very often, to the point of leaving the video.
Who could think that it's a good idea? Pedals are meant to be stomped on with biker boots, docksides or at the very least, birkenstocks if you're the tree hugger kind.
Even if you're in your bedroom or are super peculiar with your pedals (they never see a stage), a pair of socks couldn't hurt.
Save these guys from ever trying to sell their petri dish of a pedal.

That's why I prefer Boss pedals - they're comfy to step on with bare feet ...

I play barefoot, and go back & forth between taking just the B2.1u or a small board. I do not do demos but my feet are fairly clean & don't sweat outside of shoes.

Is somebody with furry hobbit feet stomping on their pedals barefoot? As long as they take a shower first so not getting smelly nor toe jam on pedals. Lol.

I like to wear shoes myself, gives more of a possitive feel, but when I don't have them on, I stomp away the natural way!

There's something oddly satisfying about working pedals with ones bare feet.

Totally agree. But fondling knobs and buttons with barefeet should be kept private I believe.

It is a semi-joke. It does matter though. I find them gross and disturbing while checking on pedal clips.

What if the feet are clean?

What if the feet belong to a woman?
