barge rc-3 (ross clone) as limiter?

Sign in to disble this ad
i have spent a lot of time reading bongo's reviews of this pedal and generic ross clones. i can get this at a good price but i can't find much information on its ratio so i don't know how good it would be at limiting.

i play a 4 string exclusively so i'm not too worried about the slight loss of lows (in normal mode), i'm just trying to see if it can do a higher ratio for limiting or if its just good light compression.

thanks, and sorry for yet ANOTHER compressor question.
