Bass booster

I'm looking for a pedal that I can use to boost my tone. Not necessarily an overdrive type pedal (although it can have that option) but basically something that just gives my signal an overall boost. I've done research myself and would be considering the Xonix RC booster or possibly the Aguilar Agro. If you have suggestions on just boost pedals or pedals with boost and a little distortion all are welcome. Thanks!

I'm looking hard at the Catalinbread Super Chili Picoso. But the Xotics (EP Booster mostly) and the W&C are also major contenders.

I've owed a few boosters and I use the Fulltone Fatboost Version 3.http://www.fulltone.com/products/fat-boost-fb-3
Super clean or you can add a little grit. Separate bass and treble controls if needed. It is rated to give an extra 35db boost. Use as a boost only or drive dirt pedals or tube amps.
I've owned version 1 and it was good but I love the separate bass and treble cobtrols on version 3. I've also owned the Xotic RC bass boost its good but doesnt have as much juice as the Fulltone. The Fulltone is built like a brick with easy battery access if needed. It is great with passive or active basses.

MXR M80 Bass+ DI will do it all and has a lot more than just one boost trick.

1 - Boost - w/ 3 EQs
2 - Distortion - very subtle to outrageous + 2 more EQs
3 - 'Get Outta Jail' recovery button in case you get lost.
4 - 'Color' button
5 - DI In/Out
6 - Direct Out - no color!
7 - Phantom voltage output.

Mine never gets turned off.

This ^^^ right here ended my search for a clean boost. Does a great job at 9v but, run it at 18 and wow... A great clean airy bit of mojo that can be set so it doesn't really change your tone, but adds a lot of life to it. That and the fact that you can pick them up for as low as $90 all day long is a big win for me.
