I just have a question about Wah Pedals. Can you use a wah for a bass? Does anyone on here use one? Just curious....thanks.
Sorry, I spelled pedal wrong in the title.

I'd highly suggest searching for the word "Wah" in this forum. When you're flooded by an incredible number of threads on it, you'll thank me later.
You can use ANY pedal on bass (wah, distortion, chorus, etc.). But the rule of thumb regarding wah pedals is that bass-specific wah pedals tend to work best (and exceptions DO exist, so don't think every guitar wah will suck on bass!).
BTW... ever heard of Tim Commerford (Rage Against the Machine)? Cliff Burton (Metallica)? Flea (Red Hot Chili Peppers)? They're just three of many bassists that use wah pedals.

Pardon my somewhat harsh post.
You should still be using the search function though. There are wolves in this forum that will eat you alive if you don't.

Maybe I'm missing out on something but that's how it works on this end. I may be wrong though, that's happened plenty in my day.
I shouldn't have even mentioned that I spelled it wrong now that I see how you spelled "curiosity" and "spelled".

In my defence I was tired and in a hurry (that's not cutting any ice is it?). As for 'spelt', I rarely see the word 'spelled' used around here, is it an American thing? |

e.g.
Defence -> Defense
Licence -> License
Analyse -> Analyze
colour -> color
metre -> meter
analogue -> analog
sulpher -> sulfer
It makes me sad...
