Im new to this forum and very new to the bass and was wondering if you guys could help me with some questions i have. Does anybody know what distortion or fuzz the bass player uses in the start of these two songs. Sorry if your not a fan of this type of music; i understand that a lot of people cant stand this music but if you could listen to the bass and tell me what type of effects you think he is using i would be very grateful. thanks
On the first one "Sick Boy" it sounded like any old Boss, Ibanez, or Marshall distortion pedal cranked up. On the second one "Lycanthropy" it sounded like not a pedal, but a small solid-state guitar amp cranked up. Maybe with torn speakers.
