I regretted selling the original taurus I even had dreams about it untill i finally got another set about 2 years ago. the ones i have now have to warm up for about 20 minutes. I'm afraid to take them out of the house. does anyone else have that problem or did I just get a bad set? |

Part of me thinks just adding a single note would sound kinda boring, but then again Rush and others use them to good affect.
I would assume (I know nothing about synths) that you could add a III and V some how but what if there was a minor chord needed some place in the song?Would there be any why to be to change the III to a iii ???

I remember the first gig where I used them - plugged straight into the PA. The first time I used them, a few people had to take a few steps back. Long live the low end. |

I've also assigned one pedal for triggering prerecorded bits for beginning or ends of songs, etc.
A couple of the sounds I use are Taurus-like, but also use a guitar power chord sound on a couple songs when the guitarist is doing a solo. I think it sounds great, and I get a lot of compliments for it. |

I used to carry the Crumar in an old Samsonite. We called it suitcase bass! | | Thread Tools | Search this Thread | | | |
