Bass PODxt or Korg Pandora PX5D??

I need something small to work for practicing and in-home recording and I'm trying to decide between these two.

I'm leaning to the Pandora but I'm curious to know others opinions and experiences about these two.

Thanks for the input and don't hurt me too bad if this wasn't the right place for the post.

Should go in effects, but I'll chime in anyway.

In my opinion, no amp modeling unit can beat what Line 6 does.

The Pod is an incredible tool for recording bass and electric guitar - it really nails mic'd amp sounds.

I actually am on my second gen Bass Pod now. I love them! I actually use it exclusively for my live sound as well as my studio gigs. I have customized just about all the sounds in it for each of my basses so that they have their own sounds. So far I have run it thru a Crown power amp and either Peavey, SWR, Eden, or Acme cabinets. And they call sound great! I've had people ask me what I am using and when they find out they say I tried that in the music store but it didn't sound like that at all. You really have to tweak it according to your bass and what you want not only thru the interface but plug it into a laptop/computer to really get into the guts of it. I think it is really underestimated in what it can do. I know that every time I plug my basses in I will get the exact same sound.
