I had the digitech synth wah and enjoyed it a lot for what it was. I used it on a few rap songs my cover band played. It died out on me after about 3 years of solid use. Going to replace it with a Markbass supersynth soon.

I tried and liked to varying degrees all of the above but I wound up using a Zoom B2 for my synth sound creations, it's just as glitchy as the others so it takes some work but you have all your sound modules in one place and you can save your creations.
I have also had an Akai Deep Impact and still have a BMS that I love but only use it in the studio.

I can't say enough good things about the BSW's filter, octave/filter, synth fuzz and octaver modes. I bought this pedal for 55 $ on Ebay from a guy in Louisiana 2 years ago and it's the only pedal I actually considered having 2 on the board at the same time (still am). Surprisingly (or not), its synth modes are the ones I'm least interested in. But for the price (new or used), it's a fun and useful pedal to have.

I am a big fan of the Source Audio Bass Env Filter Pro. The pro version has an excellent wah feature when paired with an expression pedal. It is by far the most versatile synth/ filter/ LFO pedal you can find. Worth every penny.

The Bass Synth Wah has a lot of sounds in it...and a few of them are usable, too! It's kind of a junky pedal, but also kind of worth having if you're looking for a real bargain.

Source Audio has been mentioned. It is a very, very versatile pedal. Worth every penny. Between it and their Multiwave distortion, I can get a ton of wacky sounds.
