So I'm using a Dyna Comp at the moment and was thinking of buying a sonic stomp (I use one on guitar and it sounds phenomenal) The sonic stomp goes for about 120$ in my local store...I was wondering if for less than double that I should pick up a BBE Maxcom. I was looking into replacments for my Dynacomp anyway and I'm getting an Avalon U5 as a DI so I'll need a rack anyway. I just wanted to know if this unit was anygood for live applications or if I should pick up a rack comp and sonic stomp/maximizer seperately.
