Hey all,
Just passing on a great deal that I learned about. Amazon is selling BBE Opto-stomp compressor pedals for $60 with free shipping, new in the box. See Bongomania's review, this is a great pedal.

i just ordered one.... 'cause i was looking at the Aguilar TLC, but if Bongo likes the BBE, that makes me want to dry-hump it.

might have been the price for awhile, but i didn't know that 'till i saw this thread, and since i've been shopping for a compressor and Bongo's review makes it sound like it's everything fixed that i didna like in the Aphex opto-comp, it's super timely for me.

good stuff.

It is a great pedal, I like it way better than the Aphex punch factory sound-wise. Very simple to use, great transparent sound, small and durable enough to just toss in a gig bag and go. Though i have seen them much cheaper on Ebay, not new of course. I keep thinking I should move up in the pedal compressor world, but if it ain't baroque, dont fix it!

lol.... yeah.... i had an Aphex Punch Factory for a minute, and it was basically my "click footswitch to turn tone to CRAP" pedal. actually scared me away from compressors until i tried a Aggy TLC the other day.
