BBM vs Tweak Fuzz

Sign in to disble this ad
Looking to get an all out dirt box and have narrowed it down to these 2, or maybe considering the Power Grid, for more of a razor edge to the sound....................

What do you think? How would you compare these 2 pedals to the Bass Big Muff???

Cheers

bass big muff was an instant classic when it came out a year or two back

tweak fuzz is pretty cool but few of the settings are very practical on bass IME - not that you couldn't find a way to use them.

Yeah for sure, I think the BBM is good, but looking for an alternative to it for the same job, as everybody and their mother has one of these, lol

Any others you would recommend in the approx price range that are true bypass?

There's probably a reason the BBM is used so often.

Yeah the tweak fuzz is a guitar pedal and not the best for bass. There's a world of fuzz out to choose from but you can't go too wrong with a BBM as even though I'm not a fan of it myself.
