Beat Synched Effects?

How many effects out there are beat synched? Im refering to midi beat synched. So far just the slicer, adrenalinn, and chopper are the only ones i know about. Talk about GAS!!

i believe that the pigtronix EP1 can be synced to drum machines while you play through it
