| Behringer eq700 pedal-anyone use?

I ordered one of these (behringer eq700) pedal to try and solve a problem with a new pickup in a classical guitar (not mine!).
For $29 bucks, I figure it's worth a shot.
In case it doesn't do the job.......anyone ever use one of these
for bass purposes? Wondering if it'd be something to add to my
collection or if I'd end up reselling it (should it not work for its
intended purpose).......
