Just got a behringer hellbabe for $25. The cheapest I've found yet. Optical wah. Not a heavy wah, but enough to know its there. Happy as Larry. Got the behringer pedal tuner for 15 as well. Choice as chips.

Gratz! How does the quality of the Hellbabe compare to the tuner? My bro has a Behringer pedal, and I must say, it feels kinda cheap.

A bigger problem is that some of the Behringer pedals are noisy, really noisy.

Yeah. But for what I paid I'm happy. The wah is good. Its not intense like a crybaby, it is a little more subdued which for me I like. The tuner isn't noisy at all. But I use patch cables for the pedals which cost around 28 bucks each and so are fairly good quality and my guitar leads are sheilded planet waves ones and it cancels any hum I find.

I've tweaked the wah and its great. I'll definitely keep it. The whole point of the plastic on the tuner is to keep the price down. It works as good as the boss tu2 I had a few years back.
I tried out the Behringer synth pedal and I think it is usable as well. I might get one.

Btw:mods for hell babe are: remove the 2 rubber stoppers at the front which increases the sweep
And 2: open up, the bit of plasticy cardboard with the triangle hole the optical light shines thru, give it a very light scrap making it slightly bigger and range is improve. Only a gnats dick though or I'll stuff it . Mine sounds like a crybaby now .
