Behringer "Spectrum Enhancer"?

Sign in to disble this ad
What does this pedal do? Anyone have any experience with it?

Heres the link:

http://www.behringer.com/EN/Products/SE200.aspx

...is it a kind of semi-parametric eq or something? I was just thinking of maybe adding one to my "Tone" pedalboard I'm designing instead of one of the 2 planned parametric eq pedals...

It's a copy of the Boss SP-1.
It's a basic parametric EQ on which you can only adjust the frequency. Width and boost level are fixed.

This is marketing at its finest. A one band Semi-Parametric EQ is a miracle box. Even BBE's marketing cannot compare to this.

Well it IS very efficient (the Boss at least, never tried the Behringer) at making a Strat sound like a Les Paul and the other way round too.
Which makes it a perfect idiot proof tool for the guitarist.
