Behringer (yeah, I know...) bass V-Amp question

Sign in to disble this ad
I was wondering if bass AND guitar amp sounds where OK on the bass V-Amp and if there was any real difference between the Pro version and the regular one, except for the obvious fact that one is rackmount and the other isn't.

Thanks!

The regular behringer bass v-amp is more like a line 6 bass pod and the behringer bass v-amp pro is indeed a rackmount. I would assume they have the same effects, amp and cab models. just in different forms. there's a guy here who did sound samples of the amp models on the behringer bass v-amp pro. particularly he did sound samples of the amp models from the behringer bass v-amp pro. here's the link.

The Pro rackmount units has gobs more ports on the back for more recording and live options.

The Bass V Pro is a cool multi functional unit. Had one but but passed it on as I found as good as everything sounded it all still sounded like the same shade of Vanilla. I prefer more color and I get that w/ 5 various pedals and a rackmount delay.
