Ben Kenney's Effects

I just saw this on Ben's website. From the man himself:

The effects I use on stage are an Emma Transmorgrifier Compressor, Ibanez CS9 Chorus, Boss OC2 Octave, and a Fulltone Bass Driver. I also have a Boss TU2 tuner in front of everything.

I figured he would use more than that...but then again he's a good player, and I like his tone alot

Why did you think he would have more? He uses his effects very sparingly from what I've heard. He uses chorus in Drive, octave in nice to know you, and overdrive in several songs. IMO chorus, octave, and overdrive are the three most useful effects for alternative rock.

He is a great player, one of my biggest influences in fact. If you haven't checked out his solo stuff you really should.
