Best Distortion with most harmonics ringing out?

OK, lots of OD's, lots of Distortion boxes out there..... but which Distortion, by your experience, also gets an OD flavor, with a lot of overtones/harmonics ringing out of heavy but NOT muddy crunch? Or is there even such a true screamer as this?

Diesel Dawg does a nice job. PD7 as well.

Russian Big Muff's are really cool. You can muddy up the signal, or go all the way to the wall with it. Like most D'pedals it drops most of the low end as you venture towards the more distorted end of the spectrum. However, there's definitely usable distorted signal that keeps the lows in tact..

Ibanez PD7 is definitely a good cheap route. Doesn't lose too much low end and has both distortion and OD.

The B:assmaster in my experience has a nice crisp sound with plenty of harmonics and good OD sound as well.

Ah right, that's another good one. I found it lost a little low end but i didn't play with the inside controls so I could be missing something there.

Tech 21 XXL Bass version. Tons of harmonics and great for palm mutes. You can get them used for well under a bill.

I haven't played it personally, but Wattson Superfuzz should be excellent.

iv been experimenting with it before any boost of any kind because it literally screams if too powerful signal hits it.i feel once i tame it itll be worth it.i hope so anyways lol.i had it after my sansamp n compressor but it was ridiculous.i been playing with my signal chain and havent got it where i want it yet.
