About a third of the options / effects are totally worthless to me but the standard stuff (compressor, flanger, phaser, reverb, etc.) works pretty well. Still looking for the "Jaco" button.

I'm not sure about the accuracy of the tuner but it works and the tracking is amazingly fast. I can slide on the string and the tuner reports all the notes correctly. There's a nice basic rhythm drum machine to practice on as well.
The bad: I can't find any usable synth sounds from the zoom, and the compressor produces clicky sounds when you play!! - that's bad.

Another minus for the BOSS is is no line in, not even in the new 10B. the lower end model ME20 has a line in!!!!!!!!!! grrrrr
