Best octave?

Play with a fender jazz, passive. Want a good octave for around 100-300$... Any ideas?

I really did the MXR Bass Octave Deluxe but haven't tried the Octron yet.

I'm interested in the Octron as well. I have the MXR BOD and the OC-2. I like the MXR a little bit better but the OC-2 isn't that far behind.

I really like the Boss OC-2 and they come up used in the TB classifieds regularly for >$75.00.

MXR Octave Deluxe has my vote.
It tracks like a champ and it's affordable.

I've been playing the Aguilar Octamizer and it's great. Good control and tracks perfect anywhere on my bass down to the G and even to F on short notes.

Disclaimer- I have not played any other octave pedals

After using the Aguilar, I didn't really feel that I had to...
