Where is the best place/website to buy effects pedals? Who has the best selection/prices?
I did do a search first, but couldn't find much.

Sign up for mailings, like Guitar Center, they will send catalogs with 10% off coupons. You'll have to check which pedals the coupons will work on, though...Happy shopping!!!

I shop where I can get what I want, for the most part.

A lot of the dealers that sell there will take lower prices via "Best Offer" or by asking through email than other stores will. You can also usually get good deals by calling MF or Music123 and asking for a deal. |

The more common pedals I get at my local music store. I rather support a local mom & pop store.
And what I can't get from the local store I order from www.thomann.de . |

ToneFactor
PedalGeek
MusicToyz
Analog Heaven
Custom-Sounds (for my Blueberry)
Sweetwater
Proguitarshop
Musician's Friend
The Perfect Bass
Studio 1525 (for vintage gear)
TB Classifieds
eBay
and probably a few others I'm forgetting. I've had good experiences with all of them. But my go-to places are the first two, mainly because I like the selection and the guys that own them. |

aside from just any online store (pedalgeek or otherwise) 99.9% of the time what you want will be on ebay for a fair price.
but, ALWAYS look on the TB classifieds first. best deals, by far IMO (and almost anything for sale there, you can get tons of info on if you do a search ) |

Heads up with musictoyz. Great selection but lots of people report issues with them listing stuff in stock that takes like 3-4 months to arrive so call ahead to make sure they have what you want if you buy from there. Call becuase their email support is terrible. | | Thread Tools | Search this Thread | | | |
