"Best" Rack Compressor/Gate?

Sign in to disble this ad
So this might be a bit of a tall order but I'm looking for something quite specific.

I have 1 space left on my rack unit, and I'm looking into getting a compressor to help me get a bit more clarity and to even out everything so I don't have too much peaking. But as well as this, I'm wanting to get a gate so I can cut out all low-frequency buzzing and humming I might encounter.

Now I've recently discovered Drawmer, which seem to be the best choice for compressors. And they also sell for a good price second hand. I have found that they do a compressor/gate but it's a bit out of my price range right now.

Behringer also do a similar product which is in my price range, but I'm unsure whether it will be able to compare or not. I'm leaning towards the Drawmer but I'm just looking around right now.

Can anyone suggest any compressor/gate units? Thanks.
