Best rack mount noise suppressor for the money?

I'm playing a Modulus Flea bass through a GK rig if that makes any difference. I don't have a price range but I also don't wanna pay a ton if it's not gonna be much better than a mid-priced noise suppressor.

There are Actually 2 that i know of...The Isp Decimator Pro Rack G or the Rocktron Hush II C Which I use with great success!!! Either one of these will work Well.
