Alright guys, this has been asked a million times, but hey it give you something to teach another memeber of tb. I have been itching to get a reverb and/or a delay pedal. Whats everyone been happy with? I know EBS has a reverb that is awesome, but the price isn't. Any suggestions? Thanks guys. OH, if anyone wants to tell me of a good overdrive that doesnt take over your bass, and doesnt make your bass sound like total crap fuzz, let me know! Thanks so much. |

Digital? Price point? Delay length? Trails? Dark? Bright? Potentially tons of options but you'll help us narrow them down by giving us more specifics as to your needs.

i wanted one for my guitar!,,not a bass since i sold my guitar amp i been jonesing for some`twang' and havent touched a guitar in a month,,however,,the thing does make some insane sounds!,i'm going to drag a bass out and try it(like as soon as i get thru with this longa!! post),,,,
`for the money',,the `B' pedals are hard to beat=at least you can get a taste and decide if a 2-300 dollar pedal is in your future,i would guess you could do some recording with a cheap behringer, get your 5 million then buy whatever you want

i'll crank it tomorrow mid-day with a bass and see if i like it,till then it's relagated to my `strat', i like the thundering THUD with a bass ,maybe you can find one in a shop and `try before you buy',good luck!

The Boss RV-3 is amazing but it's digital. |

Analog delay can sound "reverby".
I happen to not like an actual reverb processor on bass.
Analog delay: short feedback time moderate repeat/feedback.
As for reverb, the most fun unit I played with so far is the Line 6 Verbzilla.
Tile Room is a weird reverb fetish. |

It's really easy to use, sound awesome, has a pretty decent looper, can make some cool modulation sounds, is easy to use and has presets. It isn't super cheap ($220 new, $150-190 used) but for all that it does, it's a good value. |

- The decay knob which introduces reverb to the repeats
- The filter knob which lets you filter out the lows from your repeats, really useful on bass to stop the sound getting too muddy
Plus the looper is tons of fun, you can pitch-shift and reverse the loops to make cool sonic textures. |
