Best way to connect Toneworks AX3000B

Im just curious to see if anyone has spent time trying all 3 options.

I've tried the first two but not the last. I definitlty like the korg before the amp. Don't really know why but I just do.

Ive had it in the effects loop all this time. I just tried putting it in front, and defeating the EQ on my amp.
