Apparently the MP version of the Blueberry has officially been announced at Musikmesse along with a bass specific version of the Snow White auto-wah. No pictures yet but I'll be looking. |

Thanks! |

* Mad Professor about the prototype:
SWAH that is tuned one octave lower for bass. The triggers are also set lower to fit bass range. Very user friendly, super funky with solid heavy bass.
| And here's pic of the Mad Professor Bass OD prototype. I assume the production model will more closely resemble the rest of their line. |

Also these guys from Musikmesse look interesting:
A Compressore clone?
BTW, I'm finding this stuff here: http://www.effectsdatabase.com/events/musikmesse/2010 |

Mad Professor will release cheaper (mass produced) versions of their pedal range. They had an example of the Sweet Honey Overdrive, but it was stolen (this was discovered when they wanted to show it to me and couldn't find it...)

The Rodenberg stuff is just boutique clones of Boss, Ibanez, etc. |

There's not much way to know if they're using the same components with the way the Blueberry is made. |

For me, it's all about close enough and then I'll tweak to my specific taste. |

Making the same design more readily-available in the MP line would be way more beneficial as it would sate the consumer's want of Blueberrys- it wouldn't benefit them to make a different-sounding pedal. But who knows- maybe the Blueberry took some special fairy dust that he's run out of. |

I've been trying to get a Blueberry to try out for forever- I wouldn't want to get one of these and have it not do the cranked tube amp thing that most say the Blueberry really nails. |
