Bluebeards jumping into funk/jazz?

I was trolling around looking at gear porn and found pics of Marcus Miller's gear. In oone of the pedalboard pics is a very familiar looking silver box...are my eyes deceiving me?

Yeah, that's a popular GGG housing, they use them for a few pedals,

I'm going to have to email around...the blue LED is present and accounted for and it most definitely appears to be it.

I would bet it's a Bluebeard. Let's face it: the pedal rules. Marcus could play any piece of equipment he wants, and as far as I'm concerned, the Bluebeard does muff better on bass than any other pedal around, and there's enough gear-nerd buzz about the pedal that I could see him seeking one out.

It is a Bluebeard it's serial number is in the 20s or 30s it was purchased by a friend/roadie of Marcus and loaned to him for a good while.
His friend Byron called my old store a few weeks ago to get my number because the Bluebeard had been "misplaced"
I have been doing my best to power through the waiting list but I'm not stupid so I gave frontsies and his friend paid in full and in the near future Issue #1 is going to have an interview with Byron where he talks about his vast pedal collection rigs he's assisted and his time as a soundman for TROUBLE FUNK!!
There will be pics and whatnot this will be out in the fall.
I still need to follow up on that Carmine Appice moustache interview.

Went to one of those "Clinics" to see Michael Batio (sp?) ((Got my Nitro OFR lp signed)) and I talked to Carmine about the influence of his moustache and how I thought he was the dude in Dawn of the Dead.

PS
Dawn of the Dead is a shirt that Cliff Burton wore
And Cliff Burton played a Morley PWB
And you're selling one on eBay
because there were no talkbass nibbles
And because I just today talked myself into not selling everything I own to buy a Mockingbird bass
I have to sell this guy a 101 year old .22 rifle (pump action) because my deal with the Mrs is if I buy I gotta sell so gear/guns they both make people explode!
Then sir I will bid/buy that pedal!
