I sent an e-mail to Bogdan about his new pedal - the Maestro Bass Brassmaster clone. He said it costs $120. I'm attaching a picture.
Has anyone got this pedal or tried it? I do apologize if there is something out there already. I searched and found a brief discussion on it in the Polish Hate thread. I didn't see anything specifically only this pedal though.
It seems like this is a cheap alternative to the Malekko B:Assmaster. However, hasn't Malekko tweaked their pedal to supposedly sound even better than the old Maestro pedal? I'm not sure if Bogdan has done this, or if he is just doing a straight up clone. If the former, it's definitely a cheaper alternative. If the latter, it's definitely cheaper, but may not sound as good.
Any thoughts? |

Regardless, color me intrigued.

As soon as I get it, I'll post clips. I'll also keep you updated on when I receive it.
Unfortunately, I don't have the Malekko pedal to do a comparison. Oh well. |

If this thing actually sounds as good, or even close to go, as the B:Assmaster, then I'd to get one. I've always wanted one of Bogdan's pedals, but I'm not a big fan of the Polish Love.
