One's a Boss limiter/enhancer, another is a EHX the clone theory. The black one looks like a tuner, and the other one reads "Active Spice" but i've never heard of it.
Top row (L-R): "Active Spice" presumably an EQ/Pre amp of sorts (never come across this before and google hasn't been very helpful) > Boss Limiter Enhancer > Korg Pitch Black Tuner
Bottom row (L-R): TC Electronic Flashback Delay > Electro Harmonix Clone Theory > TC Electronic Shaker.
All on a pedaltrain Jr. and powered underneath by what is most probably a Voodoo Labs PP2.
