The Bone by Gator Pedal board

Sign in to disble this ad
Hi Guys,

Just got one of these today (the 5 pedals version). Does anyone else have one of these? Please tell your experiences. Are the power supply and daisy chain reliable?
I will only be able to try it in 3 days when I get back home.

I will put my Programmable Sansamp vertically positioned on the space made for Wahs, and then will put a Digitech Bass Synth Wah, EHX micro Qtron, EHX bassballs and a Digitech bass driver. This last pedal being a new addition to my rig.

I have one. The power supply and daisy chain are reliable, although one of my pedals is very noisy unless it has its own power supply. I can get six or even seven pedals on the board. I do wish pedal makers would standardize the locations of the line in, line out and DC in - the wires and cables on my pedalboard looks like spaghetti.

spaz12837 - the Gator Bone power supply is a OneSpot clone. The Dan Electro is similar, but also offers a reduced voltage option if you like the sound of fuzz pedals with dying batteries.

Thanks Marginal for your input!!!

@Spaz; exactly. Its a 9v adapter with a daisy chain for 5 pedals. Nothing fancy but as Marginal Tom says. It works

The board is quite light and seems to be sturdy at the same time.

I reviewed the Mini Bone. Very cool, no power supply, but big enough for 3 pedals and comes with a drawstring carry bag that can be worn as a backpack or attached to your gig bag. I only ever use my Eden WTDI and a Boss TU-3 live so it works well for me.

ok so just looked the one I saw in the catalog doesnt come with the power supply or the bag. Still this would be perfect since I dont really run to many pedals. Just a green russian big muff, sansamp the 3 channel one, and a korg pitchblack. I know my next gear related purchase...

I have one that came with a bag and I think a power supply too, but I have a one spot that I use so I've never tried the other... Love the board though. Wish the soft case had some padding in it though.
