| It reminds me of my MXR Distortion II, which is from a few years after that show. Pretty much any high-gain smooth distortion will do. Note that it's a split signal- you'll need a stereo bass, or at least a blender loop, to cop it. I also think the slow attack on the distortion may have been another effect, either an envelope effect like the Boss Slow Gear or a reverse delay, or -most likely now that I think about it- a regular delay set to 100% wet with a long delay time but only one repeat. It would go distortion first, then delay, both of them on their own amp/mixer channel or in the loop of a blender. |
