Boss BF-3 settings

Since we have a BF-2 settings thread going how about one for the BF-3?
I have this pedal and have a love-hate-love-like relationship thus far with it.

My settings are as follow for some good flanging:left to right
RES: 12'o clock
MAN: FULL ON
DEPTH: 3 o'clock
RATE: about 11:30?
MODE: ULTRA

any recc?

Actual I just played some earlier with the following and it reminded me of my friends'
BF-2B.
RES:12
MAN:12
DEPTH:12
RATE:12
MODE: STAN

Anyone got anything for well anything?

Depth: 2-3 o'clock
