| boss ch-1 & 1spot issue?

this is odd, so i got a 1spot to replace the various wall warts i had running my board and have hit upon an interesting case, no matter how many pedals i have attached, as soon as i add the CH-1 the whole thing dies, fine if attached on its own but with anything else? dead....
its a pink label serial SJ56539 (old i think)
