Boss Ch-1 Super Chorus

Hey guys,

I know there is a specific bass chorus pedal but I just got offered a 2 week old Ch-1 from the local music shop so I took them up on it. I'm picking it up on Monday. What I want to know is will it be fine to use with a bass? I don't imagine that it will make too much difference, what do people think?

Apparently Peter Steele uses (or used) it so it shouldn't be a problem. Wouldn't sound bad, at the very least.
