Boss Distortion Pedal isnt working.......

Sign in to disble this ad
Hey, I've had a boss bass distortion pedal for a good few year now, never really used it until recently. A few days ago i plugged it in and when i ressed the pedal all it did was change the tone, no distortion at all, i tryed putting a new battery in, using the power pack changing the leads round etc and still nothing, I have a GK 400rb head and tryed plugging the the lead in the send socket under patch bay, and that produced disortion but i had to turn the volume all the up on the bass to hear it, so that wouldnt work live as it is too quiet, it was working fine a few weeks ago, does anyone know what the problem could be?
