Boss DM-1

Sign in to disble this ad
Hey guys, recently while cleaning out my attic i came across the boss delay machine in an old shoebox. I don't know much about it other than its from the 70s and its apparently worth a lot, would anyone be able to fill me in on some info about it?

Cheers.

I have a DM-2 that I love and have heard of the DM-3, but am not familiar with the DM-1. Is it a pedal or rack unit?

No pics no delay!

Wow, even Boss Area has VERY little info on that one.

Is this in fact a tape delay unit? Cool!

It's useless. Ship it to me for parts. I'll pay for shipping.

ok it is NOT a tape delay, but a solid state analog delay that used the reticon 5101 CCD, a bucket brigade variant

Wow. I never really think about Boss pedals looking like that. That's quite the find! Sound clips, please.
