Question BOSS GT-10B Expression Pedal Question

Sign in to disble this ad
I just got this and I have barely even had time to get it out of the box. I am wondering if that exp pedal can give me a wah over top of the effect preset I'm already on or any preset at my command... or do I need to buy a bass wah.

Also when I tried it briefly it seems to be set as a volume pedal which is another pedal I would like to have access to.

And lastly can it act as a effect/dry mix pedal adjusting how much effect is being used on the preset I'm on? Anyone own this with some good knowledge about this? Thanks.

It can be used as a pedal wah and/or a volume. You just have to press a "toe-down switch" to change from volume to wah and vice-versa. I think mine was set-up that way out of the box but I had to adjust the toe-down switch to a more sensitive setting.

If you want them on different pedals, there's a jack to you add an extra expression pedal.

As for you dry/effect question... I don't know. I wouldn't be surprised if you could but you'd lose your volume/wah.
